Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All products sold through this store are authentic mesoestetic® products sourced directly from mesoestetic Pharma Group, Spain. We have made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device type and display settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to what is depicted in our online store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person or geographic area.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Juvenile Aesthetic reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless you have entered into a separate B2B agreement with us.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping or handling charges. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, and that you are duly authorised to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen logistics disruptions, or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to our delivery partner, risk of loss passes to you. Delivery is fulfilled through Bosta or other trusted courier partners depending on your governorate. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details on timeframes and fees.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand assets, text, images, product descriptions, and design elements, are owned by Juvenile Aesthetic, mesoestetic Pharma Group, or their respective licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Juvenile Aesthetic. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Juvenile Aesthetic, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

SECTION 10 - PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMER
mesoestetic® products are professional-grade, clinically formulated skincare solutions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified skincare specialist or dermatologist before beginning any new treatment, particularly for products used in conjunction with professional protocols such as cosmelan® or dermamelan®.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions or effects resulting from improper application, failure to follow product instructions, or individual skin incompatibility. Reactions or sensitivities due to skin incompatibility are not eligible for return or refund.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use related to operating and promoting our Services.

You and Juvenile Aesthetic consent to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website.
