Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with mesoestetic® Egypt. Due to the medical-grade nature of our products, our return and refund policy is strictly maintained to ensure the safety, integrity, and authenticity of every product that reaches our customers.

Return Window:
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request. Given the clinical nature of mesoestetic® products, this window is strictly enforced. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our side.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be purchased online through mesoestetic-egypt.com
  • It must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required
  • The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

Accepted Return Cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item is defective or expired upon receipt

How to Request a Return:
Contact us via 0122447707 or email at Juvenileaesthetic.eg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please have your order number and photos of the item ready. Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional periods
  • Reactions or sensitivities due to individual skin incompatibility — we strongly recommend consulting a skincare specialist before beginning any new mesoestetic® treatment
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, we recommend contacting us to initiate a return of the original product and placing a new order for the desired item. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued accordingly.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us directly.
