Step 1: Shake the product well before use.
Step 2: Apply the recommended amount (2 mg per cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Step 3: Make sure to cover all exposed areas evenly.
Step 4: Reapply every 2 hours when exposed to direct sunlight, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Step 5: Use three times daily: morning, noon, and afternoon.

Pro Tips:
• Applying less than the recommended amount reduces protection levels.
• Combine with sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat for added sun safety.
• Avoid direct sunlight during peak UV hours between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
